The defender was forced to depart from play at Stamford Bridge against Chelsea after 41 minutes and Glenn predicted afterwards that he is likely to be out of action for a month.
"I've just been for a scan and I haven't had the results yet," said Ledley this lunchtime. "It feels better than it did on Saturday and yesterday so, hopefully, it is already getting better.
"I would describe it as a strain in the hamstring, I don't think it is anything too serious, but I'll just wait and see what the scan reveals."
Ledley King has been for a scan on the hamstring injury he picked up on Saturday and he reports that the discomfort is already easing.
