The squad trained at the famous Ellis Park - now Coca-Cola Park - stadium on Thursday afternoon.

It was at this stadium that South Africa won the Rugby World Cup in 1995 and Nelson Mandela handed over the trophy to Springboks' captain Francois Pienaar.

The stadium also hosted eight matches in last summer's World Cup and we'll be back for final of the Vodacom Challange on Saturday week, July 23, against the winners of Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates tie next Thursday.

Thursday's session involved a series of runs around the pitch before ball work and a fitness circuit.

The team will fly to Polokwane on Friday and train at another of South Africa's 2010 World Cup stadiums, the Peter Mokaba Stadium, which will host the first match of the Vodacom Challenge against the Chiefs on Saturday.
