The players returned to Spurs Lodge for the first day of pre-season training on Monday.
And the main group - minus our international players, who return later in the week - were straight into the hard work.
The session started with a jog around the Lodge before stretches, short sprints and some light ball work.
It ended with a tough running circuit around the pitch four times with exercises in three of the four corners.
"It's all about a gradual progression in pre-season," said our Head of Sport Science, Sam Erith, who many fans will have seen taking the first part of the warm-up on matchdays.
"We introduce some light ball work and we'll start to build-up their endurance base.
"Pre-season has changed over the years and it's not all about running, running, running now although of course there will be running and gym work, as there always is.
"We progress the ball work, introduce the lads to possession work and by the end of the week we'll even be looking at 11-a-side matches, although we carefully monitor the time we do that and the recovery between those sessions."
