As is our annual tradition, gifts were delivered to four hospitals - Barnet, North Middlesex University Hospital, Tottenham, Whipps Cross in Leytonstone and Princess Alexandra in Harlow.
Andre, Jermain Defoe, Etienne Capoue and Gylfi Sigurdsson visited Rainbow Ward at North Middlesex.
Michael Dawson, Harry Kane and Danny Rose were joined by Assistant Head Coach Steffen Freund at Acorn Ward, Whipps Cross.
Harlow's Dolphin Ward was the destination for Brad Friedel, Andros Townsend and Assistant Coach, Luis Martins.
Meanwhile, Emmanuel Adebayor, Younes Kaboul, Hugo Lloris and goalkeeping coach Tony Parks met the children in Galaxy Ward, Barnet.
The lads were overwhelmed by the reception they received at each hospital from patients and staff and were delighted to put a few smiles on young faces at what can be a tough time of year for families with children in hospital.
Andre also took time out to meet Stanley Goodbody, a Spurs fan of over 90 years, who was in another ward at North Middlesex. We wish you well, Stanley!
Andre said: "It’s important for us to reach out, particularly during the festive period.
"Just by turning up and putting a smile on the faces of the children through our gifts – it’s wonderful for them and this small gesture is important.
"Obviously not everything that we can do is going to take them out of the troubles that they are suffering and the pain that they are going through but at least it will put a smile on their faces.
"As a Club and with the Foundation we try to reach out to as many kids as possible and show that we are here for them."
Jermain added: "This means the world to us. We are in a position where we can give something back and make the kids happy. It’s Christmas as well – we can give them presents which is always nice. Etienne is new this year and he’s loving it – and it’s great for the kids. We make them happy, so we’re happy."
Gylfi said: "It's a humbling experience. You can see the smiles on the little kids’ faces. It’s nice for them and it’s an easy thing for us to do to put a smile on their faces and make them happy for the day."
