They beat Tower Hamlets 19-0 in the quarter-final of the competition they won for the first time in the club's history last season.
The ladies, who play in the Southern Division of the FA Women's Premier League, will now take on Premier Division Charlton in the semi-finals, a repeat of last year's match-up in the last four.
Millwall Lionesses are also in the semi-finals and will play the winners of MSA Ladies - who Spurs beat in the final last year - and Arsenal Reserves.
Jess Cheeseman led the way with four goals as 10 different players found the target against Tower Hamlets at the Frederick Knight Sports Field, Tottenham.
Siobahn Wilson and Wendy Martin bagged hat-tricks, Sam Pittuck and Chloe Burr added two each with Andra Marcoci, Davina Smith, Shannon Maloney, Amy Cooper and Jenna Schillaci all on target.
The ladies led 6-0 at half-time before running in another 13 goals in the second half.
"It was fantastic to watch some of the football we played," said coach Juan Amoros.
"This was the last game of the year and was important to finish with a victory before the Christmas break.
"Even though we played a lower division team it is never easy to score 19 goals in a game with 10 different goalscorers, so I would like to give credit to the girls for this, they put an outstanding performance.
"Hopefully this victory will give some confidence to the team before facing the second half of the season where I am sure see an improvement in results because the girls are working really hard both in training and on the pitch on matchday."
