Round-up of all the weekend action from Tottenham Hotspur Ladies FC.Saturday 25th November 2006

Tottenham Hotspur U10 Whites 11
Hitchin Town Belles U10 0
HCGFL – U10 DIVISION 1

A superb show of finishing by the U10 Whites left Hitchin Town Belles gasping, as they had to defend for the whole game.

With a fine display of the goalscorer’s art, Tia Fogerty reaped a five-goal haul and Emma Lee grabbed a hat-trick, putting in a captain’s performance. While Hitchin bravely tried to stem the tide of attacks, two strikes from Hannah Fenton-Burgess and another from Evie Rose completed a big win for the high-flying Under-10 Whites.

Squad: Kitty Chapman, Jenny Hunnable, Natasha Smits, Georgia Sanders, Emma Lee, Evie Rose, Tia Fogarty, Hannah Fenton-Burgess

Harvesters U11 0
Tottenham Hotspur U11 Blues 8
HCGFL – DIVISION 1

Harvesters faced Spurs U11 Blues in heavy rain and found themselves up against some slick passing that saw Tottenham win 8-0.

The Spurs girls started quickly and had missed several chances before Georgia Miller put them ahead. Lulu Fox then took over and her fierce shooting caused Harvesters great problems and hit two before half time, with Miller adding her second too.

After half-time, Abigail Barrett headed a fifth before Miller completed her hat-trick and two rocket shots took Fox to four for the game and a convincing win for Spurs against a spirited Harvesters team.

Squad: Naomi Coulson, Chloe Smith, Jemma McCarthy, Phoebe Guiver (c), Georgia Miller, Louisa Fox, Loren Humphreys, Abigail Barrett, Carly Mackey.
