Spurs Ladies kick-off a busy cup schedule with their first match in this season's FA Women's Cup on Sunday.
They take on Denham United of the London & South East Regional League in the second round proper of the competition at Harlow Town FC. Kick-off is 1pm.
Denham, from Uxbridge, are currently fifth of 12 in their league.
"It's an important competition for us," said manager Karen Hills, who lifted the trophy during her playing days at Charlton.
"It's a high-profile competition that gives the players a chance to face all different types of opposition. We'll try to get through as many rounds as possible."
Our ladies have one re-arranged match remaining in the Women's Premier League South and will also compete in the FA Women's Premier League Cup in the second half of the season.
The League Cup is run on a league format and Spurs will have a minimum of four matches in the competition after being drawn in a tough group.
They face Colchester and West Ham - title contenders in their Premier League South - plus two teams from the FA Women's Premier League National Division in Watford and Barnet.
There are seven groups with the winners, runners-up and two best third-placed teams progressing to the last 16.
The ladies are scheduled to play on January 29, February 12 and 26 and March 4 and 11.
The last 16, quarter-finals and semi-finals are straight knockout over one match.
