The same opponents were put to the sword 5-1 in the FA Women's Premier League (FAWPL) Cup at Cheshunt last weekend.
Now the teams meet again in the FAWPL South with Spurs determined get back to winning ways in the league after defeat last time out against C&K Basildon.
"We've worked hard again this week on our playing patterns, we know how we want to play and it's about putting that all into practice on Sunday," said manager Karen Hills.
"It's about keeping our focus and maintaining the standards we set last week.
"We can't afford to be complacent in any way. We know if we fall below our levels then any team is capable in this league.
"We're confident and it's about being consistent in our performances. As far as we're concerned last weekend is gone now and we go again on Sunday."
The ladies kick-off at 2pm at the Dripping Pan, Mountfield Road, Lewes.
