Spurs Ladies step back on the cup trail on Sunday.

They face Hastings Town in the in preliminary round of the AXA Women's FA Cup at the Frederick Knight Sports Ground, Tottenham.

Although success in the Greater London Ladies League is their only priority this season, the ladies will be desperate to go beyond their best run yet - the fifth round - in the ladies' game's most famous competition.

They managed the fourth round last season and got this season's campaign off to a flyer in the extra-preliminary round against Colney Heath.

Spurs hammered the newcomers to the GLLL Premier Division 5-1 with a hat-trick for summer signing Rebecca Lewis on her debut and a double from Lucy Pinnock.

Spurs Ladies v Colney Heath: Wilson, Wiltsher, Broderick, Djoshkoun, Wiggen, Fearon, Blackmore, Lewis, Freeman, Pinnock, Sener. Subs: D'Agostino, Hodge, Curtis.

The club are running senior and reserve sides in the GLLL and two girls teams in the Herts Girls League.

Both the Under-13s and Under-15s got off to a fine start with the Under-13s forcing a 2-2 draw against Harpenden with goals from Kerry Boyce and Chloe Lawrence and the Under-15s beating Harpenden 4-0 with Samantha Farnum, Carly Williams, Hazel Shepherd and Meroulla Lazorou on target.
