Victories against FA Women's Premier League opponents Preston NE, Copeswood Coventry and Derby County have taken Spurs into the fifth round of the prestigious competition for the first time in 20 years.
Now they will face a Women's Super League side for the first time in competitive action with a trip to County's Meadow Lane on Sunday, March 22.
Formerly Lincoln Ladies, Notts County are one of the top teams in the country and play in WSL1.
They have a host of internationals including five players with the England squad for this week's tournament in Cyprus.
But Spurs Ladies are enjoying one of their best-ever seasons.
Still in the shake-up for the top three or four in the FAWPL South, the ladies also have the Ryman Cup Final to look forward to on April 16, as well as this 20-year best in the FA Women's Cup.
"We'll be up against a top-class team, highly fancied to do well in WSL 1 this season but this is a fantastic opportunity to show how far we've come this season," said manager Karen, a winner of the FA Women's Cup in her playing days at Charlton.
"We're confident, we're in form and we've some fantastic players as well. The squad is together as a unit and I'm confident on our day we can give anyone a game.
"It's going to be a huge challenge for us but it's one we will relish. The girls have to believe and you know what they say about the FA Cup - anything could happen!"
In the meantime, the ladies are back to FAWPL action on Sunday and a home match against Plymouth at Ware FC's Wodson Park.
