Tottenham Hotspur Ladies Under-12s Blues are on the brink of joining the club's first team in title celebration.

On the same weekend as the first team clinched the London and South-East Regional Women's Football League Premier Division title, the Under-12 Blues beat Luton Town 8-0 and now only need to avoid defeat in the final match to take the Home Counties Girls League title.

Here are the latest reports with thanks, as always, to Wyart Lane...

SUNDAY MAY 4

Luton Town U12 0
Tottenham Hotspur U12 Blues 8
HCGFL – U12 DIVISION 1

Another comprehensive win took Spurs Ladies Under-12 Blues a step nearer the league title and they have to avoid defeat in their last game to end the season top of the table.

With the home defence staunchly thwarting the Spurs players’ best efforts, the sides changed ends with only Georgia Miller’s (pictured right) side-footed goal separating them. Two disallowed goals for offside had frustrated the Tottenham girls who really hit form in the second half.

Two goals each came from Chloe Smith, Amy Runciman and captain Phoebe Guiver, the best being her volley from the edge of the penalty area. Miller added her own second to round off an 8-0 win and three important points.

Squad: - Naomi Coulson, Sam Delves, Jemma McCarthy, Helena Scotland, Monique Thompson, Alison Woodward, Phoebe Guiver (c), Louisa Fox, Amy Runciman, Hannah Mills, Georgia Miller, Chloe Smith.

Lea Valley U13 2
Tottenham Hotspur U13 8
HCGFL – U13 CUP SEMI-FINAL

A stirring performance from the Tottenham Hotspur Ladies Under-13 side had this League Cup semi-final sewn up at half time.

A first half display that saw the girls lead 6-0 at the break with goals from defender Becca Dowling, Nina Pontes, Tori Tripp 2, Bobbi Cubberley and Blerta Berisha, as Spurs heaped pressure on the home goal.

The second half saw many chances created by Spurs, but Lea Valley mounted a comeback after Berisha had added a second to make it 7-1 and then Tripp netted a fine individual goal to round off her hat-trick before the hosts gained a late consolation to make the final score 8-2 as the Tottenham team progressed to the final.

Squad : - Lily-Anna Tyrimos, Hollie Watson, Shoshana Field, Rebecca Dowling, Alexa Rangecroft, Tori Tripp, Lydia Maher, Charlotte McLucas, Blerta Berisha, Saskia Collins, Vicki Blake, Tianna Carrington, Bobbi Cubberley, Nina Pontes.

Tottenham Hotspur U15 Blues 0
Tottenham Hotspur U15 Whites 4
HCGFL – U15 DIVISION

An unfortunate injury to central defender Leanne Simmons hampered the THLFC U15 Blues as they sank to a 0-4 defeat to their club-mates, the Whites.

The Blues had looked solid and created some good chances early on, notably with Sian Osmond being called into a diving save to deny Jessie Donnelly’s free-kick. Other openings went untaken by the Blues, but Simmons injury left them reshuffling when the Blues took advantage through Andrea Edobor and Tarn Harris to give them a 2-0 interval lead.

The second half was more comfortable for the Whites, with possession and only a few threats on their goal from the Whites, while they managed to get the three points with two further goals, from Harris once more and Leasha Ngotho.

Blues Squad : - Megan Barsby, Loren Hynes, Rosie Daly, Tayla Goodman, Leanne Simmons, Sinead Makins, Kirsty Cunoosamy, Jessie Donnelly, Ebony Clarke, Katie Walters, Georgina Robertson, Eleftheria Taladianou

Whites Squad : - Sian Osmond, Jodie Fenn, Paige Barnard, Lucky Di Biasio, Andrea Edobor, Lindsey Cockle, Leasha Ngotho, Tarn Harris, Tessa Osborne, Katie Goodland, Vanessa Hassan, Bethany Brown Hunter Scott, Rhiannon Kelly, Aimee Rose
