With bad weather putting paid to most of the fixtures over the weekend, it was a chance for some of the Spurs Ladies youth teams to make the headlines.

And the Under-12s certainly did this with a comprehensive 16-0 victory over Little Angels in the London FA Youth Cup.

Christie Page and Maddie Sollof, who came on as a substitute, both helped themselves to hat-tricks during the impressive win.

The Under-15s were also in London FA Youth Cup action at home to a Valley Park Rangers side from the age group above.

But absences, injuries and illness decimating the side, enabling them to field only 10 players, and the girls could only bravely battle on before succumbing to a 3-2 defeat.

The Under-11s were also in action and defeated St Albans City away from home, while the Under-13s were on the wrong end of a 4-1 scoreline away at Harvesters.
