A convincing 7-1 win in the League Cup final over Lea Valley sealed the League and Cup Double for Spurs Ladies Under-14s.

Sam Pennington hit a hat-trick, Laura Newby got two, with Bobbi Cubberley (pictured) and Blerta Berisha completing the scoring.

A sparkling performance saw the Reserves seal third place in the table with an 11-0 victory against Newham Womens at Frederick Knights Sports Ground on Sunday.

With results elsewhere deciding whether Spurs would finish second or third, they could only go out and win their game, which they did in fine style.

Leading the way with four goals was Sam O'Brien, Natasha Ademakinwa hit a hat-trick, Sash Kelly notched two and there were further goals from Natalie Arbuckle and Leesa Shields to run up the team's biggest win of the season and give them confidence for the new campaign after the summer.

However, there were Cup Final defeats for the Under-15s, Under-12s and Under-11 sides, while the Under-10 Blues played out a goal-less draw at Harvesters in their league match on Saturday.
