The last 16 tie will take place at County's famous Meadow Lane stadium on Sunday, March 22. Kick-off TBC.
It's the first time the team have made it to the fifth round of the prestigious competition since the mid-1990s.
Notts County, meanwhile, are highly-fancied to do well in this season's WSL 1 campaign, where they compete against the elite of women's football in this country - the likes of Manchester City, Liverpool, Birmingham, Chelsea and Arsenal.
Previously known as Lincoln Ladies, who relocated to Nottingham in April, 2013, Notts County reached the semi-finals of the FA Women's Cup last season and had five players in the England squad for last week's Cyprus Cup.
The WSL 1 season starts at the end of March.
