Bianca Baptiste, Lucia Leon and Katie O'Leary all scored twice with the lively Rosie Kmita completing the scoring.
It took 25 minutes for Spurs to break down a gallant Orient side at Cheshunt.
Rosie Kmita hit the left byline and her cross left O'Leary with the easiest of headers for 1-0.
Leon, impressive from left-back, scored the next two goals. On 36 minutes she cut inside before driving home from the edge of the area and on 43 minutes, the goal of the match as she drove forward again, played a one-two with O'Leary and finished clinically.
The Os pulled a goal back immediately through Sophie Le Marchand and there was still time for Jenna Schillaci to head against the crossbar from Baptiste's corner before half-time.
Into the second half and O'Leary broke through centrally to finish one-on-one for 4-1 on 50 minutes and five minutes later, O'Leary and Avilla Bergin combined for Baptiste to fire low across Naomi Ogunde in the Orient goal.
Rosie Kmita cracked a beauty into the top corner for 6-1, the Os responded with Heather Staff's header from a corner before Baptiste completed the scoring with a fine one-on-one finish for 7-2 on 68 minutes.
O'Leary was denied a hat-trick by Ogunde, Baptiste also went close to her treble and chances followed for Bergin and Leah Rawle without Spurs troubling the scoreboard again.
A job well done.
