Charlton have struck twice in injury time to win the last two meetings between the sides in the FAWPL and added to Spurs' woes with a victory in the Ryman Cup Final at the end of last season.
Spurs leapfrogged back over Charlton with a win at Forest Green on Sunday - their fourth win in five - while the Addicks suffered a 3-1 loss at Cardiff.
Karen Hills says the players are determined to convert performances into results against their rivals - and the team whom she represented with such distinction during her playing career.
"We certainly owe them one," said Karen. "We've played well against them without converting possession and chances into goals and that has cost us dearly in the last two league meetings because they have the players to take advantage of that.
"We know it's about being clinical, cutting out mistakes and then we're playing well enough to win.
"The players have been outstanding in our last two fixtures where we've had to use the squad in full and we're confident going into this one."
The match takes place at Sporting Club Thamesmead, kick-off 7.45pm.
