Fitness coach Kunle Odetoyinbo had more reasons than most to celebrate England's rugby World Cup success.
For a start, Kunle spent time at London Irish RC in the early 1990s - where he first met a certain Clive Woodward, England's triumphant coach.
Then there's his best man Dave Reddin - England's fitness coach.
And finally the use of sports science throughout England's campaign - Kunle's particular field of excellence is used heavily in rugby.
Kunle, fresh from another training session at Spurs Lodge, said: "I was so happy England won the World Cup not just for the players but the staff and all of English rugby. It means so much.
"I have some very close links. I met Clive Woodward when I was at London Irish and you could see then that he was a very forward-thinking coach and that's come to fruition now.
"My best man Dave Reddin works for the England rugby team as fitness advisor and I know the hard work he's put in.
"For him, it's been the culmination of what I believe has been a four to five year programme.
"Dave does the same sort of job I do at Spurs and he's worked his socks off, so much credit is due to him but obviously I'm biased.
"For all of us in sport science it means a lot because it's still a growing field but to make such an impact in a sport where the physical aspect is so immense is fantastic."
