Ledley King believes the Club have made a top quality signing with the capture of his England squad-mate Jermaine Jenas.
The midfielder signed from Newcastle United last week and one of the first thoughts that came into the skipper's head was the fact he scored a last-minute winner against us at the Lane in January 2003...
"When you are playing against someone you are aware of the talent you are facing," reasoned Ledley. "I remember him scoring the winning goal at White Hart Lane in the last minute a few years ago - it still hurts so we'll get him back for that!
"Having played with him for England I have seen how good he is close up. He is 22 and has great ability.
"He has captained Newcastle and to do that at his age shows something. He will be a great buy for us."
So what are the qualities the Nottingham Forest graduate will bring to the Spurs midfield mix?
"I know he is very fit and has great energy to get up and down the pitch," he added. "He is getting stronger each year and I can see him being quite similar to Vieira as he gets older.
"He goes box to box, can score goals and also play holding midfield. He will be great for the team."
