The in-form strikers made it three goals in three games each in the tournament as we toppled Fiorentina 2-0 in the final group game on Sunday morning.
The Under-18s now play Swedish outfit Gothenburg in the final this evening.
Coach Pat Holland reported: "It was tough in the first half. They were older than us and had the better of it without really causing us too many problems.
"We had a tactical switch around, moved Kieran McKenna to a more central role, switched Stuart Lewis and moved Jacques Maghoma to the left and it worked.
"We took the lead about 15 minutes into the second half when Chris Riley played a ball over the top, Radwan Hamed sprinted onto it and finished well.
"We played well after that and grew in confidence.
"We scored the second goal about five minutes later. Radwan took on their right-back, got behind him and crossed for Andy Barcham to finish at the near post.
"Those two have done well, their pace has troubled defenders and we've created plenty of chances.
"We topped the group, won three out of three and we've got to be delighted."
