Spurs Ladies first team manager Karen Hills (pictured right) was on the panel for the first ever London FA Female Football Forum on Wednesday.

The event was held at White Hart Lane in line with the Kick It Out Weeks of Action.

The panel also included Jacqui Oatley, BBC Radio Sports Commentator; Rachel Pavlou, Women's & Girls National Football Development Manager; Alison Vaughan, Campaign Manager for Kick it Out; Siobhan Chamberlain, Chelsea and England International goalkeeper; and Ebony Casey Gooden, the Spurs Ladies goalkeeper.

There were two 45 minute forums that ran, the first for local school children, who had the opportunity to listen into the panel's experiences in football and the work that they currently do. The second 45 minute forum was for adults involved in the female game, and ran in the same format.

The aim of the forum was to raise awareness and interest within the women's game, attempting to break down the barriers women have in terms of getting into football and also highlighting other areas within football, such as coaching, refereeing and media, that women can get involved in.
