Kevin Bond is targeting another unbeaten run - continuing at Birmingham City on Saturday.

Assistant boss Kevin was delighted with what he saw as a key 2-0 win against Fulham in the Barclays Premier League on Tuesday night.

Peter Crouch and David Bentley scored the goals as we overcame a stubborn Fulham side at the Lane.

It was another three vital points in the race for fourth place after the draw against Hull City and last week's loss at Liverpool.

Now we've another tough fixture at St Andrews with Birmingham no doubt smarting after their run of 16 games without defeat came undone at Chelsea on Wednesday.

"They're all important games and you are going to have your hiccups from time to time, which is why I think it was very important to win against Fulham," said Kevin.

"It just sets us on our way again and it will be nice to have another run of games where we go unbeaten - we're going to need to if we want to stay where we are.

"Birmingham are another side who are very well organised with pace up front and they're bang in form at the moment.

"It will be a tough game for us but we're looking forward to them all because we're in a fantastic position.

"We just want to stay clear of any bad injuries and, if we can hold our form, hopefully we can be there until the end."
