Kevin Bond says he'd love to replicate three wins from last season to get off to a flyer in the Premier League next term.
The provisional fixture list released by the Premier League last week paired us with Liverpool at home on August 15 followed by trips to Hull City on August 19 and West Ham on August 22 - all dates subject to change.
We took the maximum nine points from the corresponding fixtures last season with a 2-1 home win against Liverpool, 2-1 victory at Hull and 2-0 win at West Ham.
"A repeat of those results would be fantastic," smiled assistant boss Kevin.
"Everyone wants to get off to a good start, to get some momentum going, confidence and points on the board and that is made all the more difficult when you are playing one of the very best teams like Liverpool.
"It will be tough but every team knows that White Hart Lane is a very difficult place to go to and hopefully it will remain the same next season.
"Hull had an unbelievable time at the start of last season and they will want to repeat that because it's what stood them in good stead when they had a difficult end to the season.
"We won at Hull last season and we'll have to go and want to do the same.
"West Ham is always a big game for everyone, a huge occasion for the fans and it would be lovely to be unbeaten after that first week.
"They are tough fixtures but my own view is that I'm reasonably philosophical about it, you have to play every team twice and we can't affect when we play them - we're dealt what we're dealt with."
