David Pleat says that Stephen Kelly is giving a very good account of himself on loan at Watford.
The 19-year-old is now on his third temporary stint after spells at Southend and QPR last season and will soon be heading out with the Republic of Ireland to the UAE for the World Under-20 Championships.
He has featured in 11 games for the Hornets - a run that includes four wins and as many draws - as the Vicarage Road side have pulled themselves away from the Division One relegation zone.
"He is doing well and his last two games have been at Preston and Nottingham Forest," reported David. "I spoke to someone at Nottingham who said he did well on Saturday in the draw and he certainly did well at Preston.
"So he is making his mark and I wouldn't hesitate to withdraw him from Watford if the need arises. It is bringing him on lovely."
