The Republic of Ireland skipper passed the 100 goals milestone both for the club and in the Premier League, chalked up 250 appearances for us and toppled his previous best goal tally with 23 in all competitions.
“I’m lucky in that the fans have been fantastic towards me since day one and the fact I’ve been awarded this trophy again speaks volumes,” said Robbie.
“I’ve got a great rapport with the fans and I’m honoured. You want to do as well as you can every season and better yourself from the season before and I’m delighted that I’ve managed to do that again this season.”
Robbie Keane said it was an ‘honour and privilege’ to lift the One Hotspur Members Player of the Season Award.The striker capped a season of personal milestones by taking the prestigious trophy previously held by some of the club’s greats including the likes of Gary Mabbutt, Chris Waddle, Paul Gascoigne, Gary Lineker, Jurgen Klinsmann and David Ginola.
