Kasey Keller says you have to give full credit to Aston Villa for completely turning their season around.
Our victory over Villa at the Lane in November left David O'Leary's in the Premiership's relegation zone.
But they have recovered in style and with the best league record behind Arsenal and Chelsea in 2004, have jumped into the race for the Champions League.
"Considering when we played them in November we put them in the relegation zone they deserve full credit," said Kasey.
"So all credit to the people at that club, David O'Leary and everyone involved.
"They got themselves in a tricky situation but they kept working hard, had faith in one another and get themselves in a position where they have a very good chance of qualifying for Europe when it could have gone horribly wrong at different stages.
"We had glimpses of doing that but couldn't seem to keep the consistency to do it.
"What we need to do on a whole, not just defensively, but all over the field is find more consistency.
"If we can get that side of our game right there is no reason why we can't start to challenge for more things."
