White Hart Lane was undoubtedly the place to watch football last season with 80 goals scored in our Barclays Premier League home games. With fans enjoying several amazing goal-feasts including the 6-4 win over Reading, the 5-1 trouncing of Fulham, 4-0 wins over West Ham, Derby and Wigan, not forgetting, of course, the dramatic 4-4 draws with Aston Villa (in our 125th Anniversary fixture) and Chelsea (just a couple of weeks after our Carling Cup Final victory), there was certainly no shortage of Premier League entertainment at the Lane!
As we look ahead to the 2008 / 2009 Premier League season, today sees the release of fixtures for the new campaign. With early home matches against Villa and Liverpool, United on December 13, Fulham on Boxing Day and February 7 the date for the big North London derby clash with Arsenal, Spurs fans can look forward to another exciting season and more great entertainment.
In line with last season, One Hotspur Platinum, Gold and Silver season ticket members have once again demonstrated their fantastic support and loyalty to the Club with 98% of supporters renewing their season tickets for the new season. Approximately 500 season tickets will therefore be made available to One Hotspur Bronze members, in line with their position on the waiting list, and who have renewed their Bronze membership for the 2008 / 2009 season.
Season ticket opportunity
One Hotspur Bronze members will be contacted directly by the Ticket Office once Ticket Office staff have resolved any outstanding queries from existing One Hotspur Platinum, Gold or Silver members, processed all requested seat moves and the renewal deadline for One Hotspur Bronze and Lilywhite members has passed on 27 June. Please note that after this deadline has passed, the Ticket Office will continue to process One Hotspur memberships for Bronze and Lilywhite levels for both existing and new members, but existing Bronze and Lilywhite members will lose loyalty points gained from previous seasons and Bronze members will lose their place on the season ticket waiting list.
One Hotspur Bronze members will be offered season tickets in areas of the Stadium that are available at the time of the call. Please note that there will be extremely limited availability in all areas and no availability at all in the South Stand. Ticket Office staff will do their best to accommodate supporters' requests within these constraints. New season tickets will only be held for 48 hours while One Hotspur Bronze members decide whether they wish to make their purchase. After this point, the season tickets will be released and offered to the next person on the waiting list.
As with last season, a very limited number of mini-season ticket packages, consisting of three or four matches spread out across the season, will be offered for sale to One Hotspur Bronze members. More details and on-sale dates for our 2008 / 2009 mini season tickets will be announced shortly, but One Hotspur Bronze members should note that mini-season tickets will be sold on a strictly first-come, first-served basis (and unfortunately we are unable to guarantee that supporters' specific Stand seating preferences will be met). Please note One Hotspur Lilywhite members can upgrade to Bronze membership - gaining access to the mini-season ticket packages, a place on the season ticket waiting list and access to a priority matchday ticket booking facility - at any time by contacting the Ticket Office on 0844 844 0102.
One Hotspur Bronze - Priority Matchday Ticket booking facility
One Hotspur Bronze members who do not wish to take a season ticket, who are further down the waiting list and not offered the chance to purchase a season ticket, or who do not want to purchase a mini season ticket will still be able to take advantage of our new Priority Matchday Ticket booking facility. This new service provides all One Hotspur Bronze members with access to a limited number of match tickets which will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis (the number of tickets available for priority booking will vary according to the match). Once this allocation of priority tickets has been sold, all remaining One Hotspur Bronze and Lilywhite members will be able to purchase match tickets in the normal way. Please note that One Hotspur members on-sale dates will be published soon. Check www.tottenhamhotspur.com for more details and all the latest ticket news.
Matchday Ticket Prices
Matchday prices have increased by just £1 per game since the beginning of the 2006 / 2007 season - and there were no increases at all to matchday prices last season. This season will again see only a limited increase with the price of a match ticket for Category B and C matches - representing 70% of our home Premier League fixtures - again going up by just £1 per game. Match tickets for the remaining Category A fixtures will increase by £4 per match.
Our top matchday ticket price (ie for a Category A game) will be £75. The equivalent ticket price at our near neighbours, Arsenal, is £94. This ticket price is the most often quoted in the media to compare matchday prices between Premier League clubs. However, it is worth noting that at White Hart Lane only 200 top price tickets are ever available for Premier League matches - and, such is the demand for these tickets in the West Stand, they are usually the first to sell out. The average ticket price for Category A games at the Lane - including the visits of Arsenal, Manchester United, Chelsea and Liverpool - is £53. In fact, for 70% of our home matches across all categories, £53 will also be the maximum ticket price next season.
Average ticket price for 2008 / 2009 is £42
The average price of a match ticket at White Hart Lane will be £40 for a Category B game, and £34 for a Category C game. Taking all price grading and match categories into account, the average price for a Premier League match ticket at White Hart Lane next season will be just over £42 with half of all matchday tickets costing less than £40.

As usual, ticket pricing for our home matches in The FA Cup, UEFA Cup and Carling Cup competitions will be determined once the various draws are made. In line with previous seasons, we will endeavour to achieve a reasonable pricing balance based on our opposition, the competition, the stage we are at, and any other relevant factors at the time of the draw. Also in line with previous seasons, One Hotspur Platinum and Gold members will receive tickets for all home Cup matches automatically and their registered credit card will be charged approximately one month before each match. One Hotspur Silver members will have a short window to claim their own seats for Cup matches (subject to their seats being available once competition rules for away supporters and competition owner guests and sponsors have been satisfied). One Hotspur Silver members can upgrade to Gold membership at any time by simply using the "Manage Membership" function in the ticketing section of www.tottenhamhotspur.com. Upgrades to Platinum membership are subject to very limited availability. Please contact the Ticket Office for more details.
