He will join fellow Spurs legends Glenn Hoddle, David Ginola, Paul Gascoigne, Chris Waddle, Paul and Clive Allen in the game against American MLS DC United at the Lane.
The match has been organised to raise funds for former players.
"It's a great idea, a wonderful idea," said Jurgen, who trained at Spurs Lodge yesterday. "The purpose gets everyone together.
"It's also a great aspect to play against an American team because in America football is growing tremendously, the league is getting bigger and having a game against a team gives them some honour as well.
"DC United are looking forward to playing at White Hart Lane, happy to be part of it.
"But the purpose of the game stands on its own. It's a great cause and I hope people have a great time."
