The Head Coach guided us to memorable victories over Arsenal and Chelsea in the semi-final and final of the Carling Cup in recent weeks.
Now he's turning his attention to West Ham as the Hammers arrive at the Lane in the Barclays Premier League for a 3pm kick-off.
"This game creates a great atmosphere between the two sets of supporters - and what I want to do is like against Arsenal, to beat West Ham and bring happiness to the supporters.
"We played against West Ham at Upton Park in the first half of the season, so we know all about the rivalry."
It's a vital game as Alan Curbishley's men are immediately above us in the table and victory would reduce the deficit to five points with a game in hand.
It was pointed out that the Hammers might be 'up for it' after losing their last two games by 4-0 margins. "We've also lost 4-1 and 1-0 to PSV, so both teams will be looking to recover," he responded. "Both teams will be going for the victory.
"What we will have to do is recover our intensity and have a good end to the season."
