Tottenham Hotspur (Spurs) Football Club is located in North London. The club is also known as Spurs. Tottenham's home ground is White Hart Lane. The club motto is Audere est Facere (To dare is to do).

It is very difficult at this moment but I'm happy with the spirit of the players.

That is compensating for the players out and helped us win the Carling Cup game against Bolton.

After two defeats it was a good reaction from the team. I hope my players and our fans are very happy about the win.

We had four players out and Paul Robinson ill so it was a good result.

All competitions are very important. We are not in Europe and this season we play game after game with the best team. For me, the most important game is the next game and that is Fulham on Saturday. We must stay in the top 10 in the championship and we must get a good result against a hard team.

Jermain's double ended a mini-drought of four games. ""It's important for him and the team that he scored but I'm just as happy for Goran Bunjevcevic and Michael Brown because it's good for the team to have players who are able to score."

We just take it game by game. Wednesday was Carling Cup, Saturday is the championship again and if we want to have a good season this game is very important.

As for Jermain returning to the scoresheet, Jacques added:

Jacques Santini will be without four players for our trip to Fulham in the Premiership on Saturday.

Erik Edman (head), Thimothee Atouba (knee), Anthony Gardner (foot) and Jamie Redknapp (suspended) miss out.

As usual, Head Coach Jacques will wait until the end of this afternoon's training session before finalising plans for Craven Cottage although he underlined that the lads were tired after their efforts against Bolton in the Carling Cup on Wednesday.

"The team is very tired because we played two hours with extra time and had a long trip," said Jacques on Thursday. "We now play at 3pm on Saturday!

"I hope after the last training session on Friday we will know more because a few players didn't play in Wednesday's game and three or four are not ready to train because they have taken a kick or are very tired."

Jacques pointed out though that the spirit of the squad couldn't be faulted after the 4-3 win at Bolton.

"It is very difficult at this moment but I'm happy with the spirit of the players," he added. "That is compensating for the players out and helped us win the Carling Cup game against Bolton."

Erik Edman, Thimothee Atouba, Anthony Gardner and Jamie Redknapp will all be out.

When I say I want to finish in the top 10 I say because we've played well in the first few games and it's a pity we've dropped a few places in the table. It's very important for the spirit of the team and the morale of the player and the famns to stay in the top 10. But I repeat, this season is very long and very hard. We have a few injured players and it's very difficult to perform game after game when we have four, five players not ready. Dean Richards is another player out.

I think Sean Davis is very important for this young team. When we are without three important players in Atiouba, Edman and Davis, the team is not the same team. I am happy Sean is back and hopefully the injury is in the past.

When a new player arrives at the club he needs information, needs to play together with his new team-mates but Carrick arrived late and suffered an injury. He needed time. I think for the next week it's a good chance he could perform with the team.

It's the same for each player. In the last game we had three good strikers when we play only two. The last match was Kanoute, Defoe and Robbie Keane on the bench. For me, the most important thing is the team and if I don't think a player is ready to start or be on the bench he will not be in the squad. For me, it's not a question of whether or not it's the best player or the moist important player. I think Ziegler is a good thing for the squad that he started.

It was a very, very hard game.
