"Jermaine's scored his first goal for us now and I think there'll be a lot coming from him as he's a big talent," said Head Coach Martin.

"It's always difficult when you go to a new club." test

Last season we had 16 or 17 new players come to the club and more again this summer, a lot of young players in that as well

"He needs confidence as he's a young player. All my players are playing with confidence and if there is a lack of it we'll build them up.

"He got an assist and a goal and he will only get better and better.

"He will be a big player in the future and that is to our advantage. I think he's very talented, an attacking midfield player although two weeks ago at Charlton I took him off and brought Teemu Tainio on and he did the same job. He's another very good player and they will have to fight for their place."
