Head Coach Martin is of course referring to the crowd at the Lane as we prepare for a vital clash in terms of our quest for European football.
It's another sell-out and another 36,000-plus will pack the stadium for a 1pm kick-off.
Villa and Middlesbrough are our closest rivals for seventh place and it just happens that we play Villa and then travel to Teeside next Saturday, May 7.
"Aston Villa are a good team, they are playing well and have quality players," said Martin. "Just look at Vassell and Angel up front and their midfield with Hendrie and Barry.
"But we are at home and I hope the crowd will be our 12th man again.
"It's always an electrifying atmosphere when the fans get behind us and that inspires the lads to do well. It gives us all a huge lift.
"We all want to do well for the supporters. We've worked so hard to be in this situation to be in contention for European football."
Martin Jol is looking for his '12th man' to inspire the lads in Sunday's clash against Villa in the Barclays Premiership.
