JJ scored the first goal of Fabio Capello's reign as England coach and started his first international since May, 2005 as England ran out 2-1 winners in the friendly.

Here are JJ's highights...

22.19: Tried to make ground, tackled just outside box.

22.50: Intercepted pass, won back possession.

27.40: Bombed forward to support Rooney on break, would have been chance but Rooney's pass missed target.

31.20: CHANCE - Clever pass from Bentley picked out JJ in box, clear on right, delay in pass to Joe Cole cost dear and keeper cut out attempted cross at near post.

38.45: Led break after intercepting another pass, move ended with keeper saving from Cole.

39.51: GOAL - Move started with Gerrard pass wide left to Cole, he beat his man and crossed from the byline for JJ to tap home from six yards.

43.40: Pressured left-back, forced poor clearance, Bentley then won free-kick.

50.17: Into second half and won tackle centrally to win possession.

53.04: SAVE - Ferdinand's shot half-cleared to JJ, 20 yards out, half-volley was heading into corner before Diego Benaglio tipped around the post with the save of the match.
