JJ returns in friendly win

Jermaine Jenas came through the first 45 minutes of a friendly victory over West Ham United at our Spurs Lodge training ground on Tuesday.

It was the midfielder's first taste of action since early February having been sidelined by a groin problem ever since.

And it was a comfortable return for JJ as he helped a young side coached by new Technical Co-Ordinator, Tim Sherwood, defeat the Hammers 5-2.

Winger Andros Townsend struck twice in the victory and was joined on the scoresheet by John Bostock and two defenders currently out on loan in the Football League, Steven Caulker and Adam Smith.

We'll have more later but scroll through the best of the photos above...
