Jermain joins the Fame Academy

Posted on 7 March 2005  - 12:00

Tottenham Hotspur (Spurs) Football Club is located in North London. The club is also known as Spurs. Tottenham's home ground is White Hart Lane. The club motto is Audere est Facere (To dare is to do).

Jermain Defoe provided a welcome surprise for students of the Comic Relief Fame Academy this morning.

Our 20-goal hitman joined the Academy's fitness coach Kevin Adams and the remaining students - Radio 1 DJ Edith Bowman, Top Of The Pops presenter Reggie Yates, comic Ade Edmonson, actresses Kim Medcalf (Eastenders) Debra Stephenson (Coronation St) and Dawn Steele (Monarch of the Glen) and DIY SOS presenter Nick Knowles - for their regular work-out.

So it was football skills for the students followed by penalties.
