'Dont stress, Harry'

Jan Vertonghen poured on the superlatives for Harry Kane after the striker’s hat-trick show at Bournemouth on Sunday.

Harry, 31 goals last season, went to the south coast deserving more than his one goal in the Premier League - and came home with the matchball after our resounding 5-1 win.

Mousa Dembele and Erik Lamela joined Harry on the scoresheet as we stretched our run to nine unbeaten in the Premier League.

For his team-mates, it was just a matter of time. “I always told Harry not to stress,” said Jan. “And I told everyone that he’s not just a one-season wonder.

“He has so much quality and I didn’t doubt him for one minute.

“This guy will score 15 to 20 goals again and he’s an unbelievable striker

“Some strikers don’t score and do nothing for the team but Harry has been outstanding for us.

“People want to see him score all the time because of what happened last season and the fact that he’s an England striker, but he’s been outstanding for us.”
