Jamie O'Hara is delighted with his wonder-goal that sealed our 2-0 victory over West Ham last night.
Having come on as a second half substitute, the midfielder picked up the ball 25 yards out and let fly into the top corner of Robert Green's net to wrap up the points in style.
As he describes: "It was a big result for us and to pop up with a goal like that at the end made it even better.
"I can't remember the last time I hit one that well, not even in training, so it was nice to do it in such a big game as well.
It's an unbelievable feeling to score any goal, and I phoned my Dad after the game and he was still jumping around the front room celebrating!
"Gomes had just kept us in the game at one end and then we caught them on the break and I remember thinking that if they kept dropping back, I was going to hit one.
"The win lifts everyone again because we'd had a couple of bad results in the league, but now we've shown everyone the determination running through the side."
