Santini said: "I have confidence in our strikers Jermain Defoe and Robbie Keane.
"Robbie has had only one month in the championship because of an injury, but Jermain has scored three and we know that when we have our best team in the field they can get goals."
They were both on target as we hit six against Oldham in the Carling Cup, but Santini admitted: "That doesn't mean it is easy. And against Manchester United and Chelsea it was very difficult.
"We had a good game against Norwich but although I remember six or seven good chances we could not score then also. We found their goalkeeper Green giving a good performance.
"When we have two or three players out injured every game that makes it very difficult, because I don't have 25 internationals in the squad like Manchester, Arsenal and Chelsea to replace them.
"But we have had a good season because we have been able to find some defensive organisation, and when they have played together more it should be possible to find more offensive organisation as well."
Jacques Santini says he has full confidence in our strikers to get back on the goal trail in the Premiership.
