Jack Hayes decided to become a One Hotspur Junior Member a year ago and it’s already paying dividends!

Jack is the lucky winner of our Junior Membership free prize draw and will be flying off for a family holiday in Italy courtesy of our Official Travel Partners, Thomas Cook.

Jack is now in his second season as a One Hotspur Kicker, and joined up shortly after the 2010 World Cup. "I loved the fact that so many England players also played for Spurs,” he told us.

He added: "My Uncle James is a passionate fan and my Grandad also goes to loads of games, so I wanted to follow in their footsteps and be part of the Spurs family too."

Mum Fiona admitted the whole family were amazed when they discovered they’d won: “We couldn’t believe how lucky we were, and we’re now thinking of going to Italy, to visit the country where the opposition came from for Jack’s first game.”

Jack’s first trip to the Lane was for the pre-season friendly against Fiorentina last August. These friendly games are always a great out day for the kids, and for many children it’s their first opportunity to see Spurs in action.

Jack tells us his favourite players are Rafael van der Vaart and Jermain Defoe. “Jermain was the first sticker in my World cCp album and I celebrated wildly in the Paxton when he scored two goals against Charlton last season!”

Jack confirmed that, yes, he will be wearing his Spurs kit on holiday in Italy, and added that he doesn’t want to wear anything else.

As for Junior Membership, Jack tells us his favourite item from the Kickers welcome goodie pack is his exclusive Spurs rucksack. “But the best thing about being a Junior Member," says Jack, “is receiving my birthday card from Harry and Ledley.”
