Posted on 21 February 2001 - 12:00

Tottenham Hotspur (Spurs) Football Club is located in North London. The club is also known as Spurs. Tottenham's home ground is White Hart Lane. The club motto is Audere est Facere (To dare is to do).

Unlucky Steffen Iversen is set for another two-week stint on the sidelines after picking up a throat infection.
The Norwegian striker, out with a knee injury for four months, was sent home from training last week and has been put on a course of antibiotics.
It is a setback for Iversen who made a successful comeback for the reserves last Wednesday and was hoping for a place on the bench for last Saturday’s FA Cup tie against Stockport County.
He revealed: “I'm currently on a 10-day antibiotics treatment, so I won't be able to train for another 14 days. But after that period that I'll be fully fit.”
Thankfully Iversen, top-scorer for the last two seasons, has not suffered any reaction to the knee problem that had kept him out since mid-October.
He added: “My knee feels almost 100 per cent now so I’m looking forward to getting back into training and back to full fitness.”
<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
