Dimitar Berbatov netted twice as Bulgaria overcame Belarus away in Euro 2008 qualification Group G.It was a goal in each half from the striker in Minsk, the first a fine solo effort on 28 minutes when he dribbled past three defenders before shooting low into the far corner. His second came a minute after the break.

Bulgaria take on Belarus at home on Wednesday and currently sit third in the group behind Romania and Holland.
A Finland side including Teemu Tainio for the first 28 minutes fell to a 2-0 home defeat to Serbia in Group A, while Emil Hallfredsson was in the Iceland team that drew 1-1 with Liechenstein in Group F.
