Didier Zokora's Ivory Coast moved to within one point of qualfication for the finals of the African Cup of Nations following a 5-0 victory over Madagascar on Sunday.

Didier Zokora's Ivory Coast moved to within one point of qualfication for the finals of the African Cup of Nations following a 5-0 victory over Madagascar on Sunday.Didier featured for the whole 90 minutes as the Chelsea pair of Salomon Kalou and Didier Drogba scored the first and last goal in Bouake, with Arouna Kone (2) and Gneri Yaya Toure netting the others.

The Ivory Coast will complete their Group A qualifying programme with a trip to Gabon in September.

On Wednesday, Dimitar Berbatov will be back in action when Bulgaria play their return fixture against Belarus, having beaten the same opponents by a 2-0 scoreline in Minsk on Saturday courtesy of two goals by our striker. The Bulgarians are two points adrift of second placed Holland in Euro 2008 qualification Group G.

Finland will be looking to boost their chances of making it to the finals in Austria and Switzerland when they take on Belgium at home. Three points off second place in Group A, Finland will have to try and make up the gap without the services of Teemu Tainio, who was forced off in the first half of the 2-0 defeat to Serbia on Saturday.

The midfielder suffered a medial ligament strain to his left knee.

Paul Robinson, Ledley King, Jermaine Jenas and Jermain Defoe are in the England party heading to Tallin to take on Estonia on Group E, while Emil Hallfredsson's Iceland travel to Sweden, a nation they are eight points behind in Group F.

Meanwhile, Tom Huddlestone, Ben Alnwick and Wayne Routledge are part of the England squad that plays a friendly against Slovakia at Norwich on Tuesday evening ahead of the European Under-21 Championships in Holland.
