Robbie Keane grabbed the equaliser as the Republic of Ireland warmed up for next weekend's crucial World Cup Qualifier in Bulgaria with a 1-1 draw against Nigeria.
The international friendly took place at Fulham's Craven Cottage on Friday night, with the African side taking the lead through Michael Eneramo on the half-hour mark.
But skipper Robbie hit back eight minutes later, latching onto Keith Andrews' defence-splitting pass and rounding keeper Austin Ejide before tucking away the finish.
The striker was then replaced at half-time and rested for the second half in preparation for the trip to Sofia.
Elsewhere, Gareth Bale and Chris Gunter both put in 90-minute stints for Wales in their international friendly with Estonia in Llanelli.
John Toshack's men ran out 1-0 winners thanks to Robert Earnshaw's 26th minute penalty. They travel to Azerbaijan for a World Cup Qualifier next Saturday.
Meanwhile, Danny Rose completed a full game for England Under-19s, who ran out 4-1 winners against Slovakia in their second European Championship Elite Round Qualifying game at Valley Parade, Bradford.
Dean Parrett also came off the bench late on and Andros Townsend was an unused substitute for Brian Eastick's men, who face Scotland for a place in the last eight at Bramall Lane on Monday.
