Tottenham Hotspur (Spurs) Football Club is located in North London. The club is also known as Spurs. Tottenham's home ground is White Hart Lane. The club motto is Audere est Facere (To dare is to do).

Robbie Keane and Gary Doherty are set to feature for the Republic of Ireland in the friendly international against Romania tonight.

It will be a special night for Robbie as he will make it to 50 caps if he plays.

The Spurs pair are beginning a busy spell at national team level as the Republic have a further friendly scheduled against Holland before taking part in the Unity Cup at the Valley, home of Charlton Athletic.

The Unity Cup is a three-team tournament with Nigeria and Jamaica the other sides taking part. It takes place between May 29 and June 2.

The Republic of Ireland Under 21s - captained by Stephen Kelly - made it 11 games unbeaten on Tuesday night with a 3-1 victory over Scotland at Terryland Park, Galway.

Meanwhile, congratulations to Christian Ziege - our departed left-back has been drafted into the Germany squad for Euro 2004.
