Tottenham Hotspur (Spurs) Football Club is located in North London. The club is also known as Spurs. Tottenham's home ground is White Hart Lane. The club motto is Audere est Facere (To dare is to do).

Simon Davies headlines a smaller band of Spurs players on international duty this week.

The midfielder targets his fourth-successive international goal as Wales travel to Azerbaijan for a European Championship qualifier.

Simon's third goal in three came in Wales' memorable victory against Italy last month. That win put Mark Hughes' men top of Group Nine and if they win on Wednesday, they will be five points clear of main rivals Italy and Yugoslavia.

Gary Doherty travels with Ireland to Greece for a friendly on Wednesday - Steve Carr and Robbie Keane have withdrawn - while Steffen Iversen links up again with Norway for a friendly in Austria.

Christian Ziege has been called up for Germany's friendly against Holland and Jonathan Blondel has linked up with Belgium Under-21s.
