The boss said the players rightly enjoyed Wednesday night's Worthington Cup heroics against Chelsea but it was back to the grindstone on Thursday with an afternoon session at Spurs Lodge.
He stated: "It was a night to enjoy but by the time Saturday comes around the boys will be totally focused on the next cup we want to have a good run in.
"Imagine if we'd been knocked out against Chelsea then we'd been treating this like a massive game but for me and the players that will be the case. We can tuck the final under our belts and get on with it."
We put the Wanderers to the sword in the Worthington Cup quarter-final with a 6-0 win at the Lane last month but both players and management alike know Saturday's tie will be more like the 3-2 affair in the Premiership in early December.
Bolton were impressive that night and it took a late winner from Teddy Sheringham to grab the points.
Glenn added: "It won't be easy because to beat afellow Premiership side three times in a season is very difficult.
"We're capable of doing it, certainly if we played the way we played against Chelsea. It's about attitude and that's where the match will be won or lost."
