The lads have to overturn a 2-0 deficit from the first leg in the semi-final, second leg at the Lane to meet either Wolves or Southampton in the final.
"Obviously we were bitterly disappointed with the 2-0 defeat at Portman Road," said Phil, who has made the breakthrough into the first team this season. "But we're still within reach and that's important.
"Hopefully we can put in a better performance at White Hart Lane and find the goals we need to go through.
"I believe we can do it. Ipswich played well but they also had the rub of the green, that happens and we had chances. If we take those chances at the Lane we can do it.
"Ipswich are a good team but we started brightly in both halves. The deflection for the second goal left us feeling down but we all believe we can turn it around."
Skipper Phil Ifil will lead our Under-18s bid for FA Youth Cup glory against Ipswich Town tonight insisting: "We can still do it."
