Our clash with the Foxes comes less than 48 hours before we play Manchester United at White Hart Lane, with a further home match against Chelsea to come on New Year’s Day.
With victories crucial over this busy period, following on from recent domestic wins over Swansea and Burnley, goalkeeper Hugo is eyeing another good performance at the King Power Stadium.
And he says the surrounding festivities will boost the players’ spirits even further going into the game.
“First of all it was really important to confirm the good result at Swansea a couple of weeks ago,” he said.
“We did that and then we got the job done against Burnley. We’ve had a couple of days to recover from Saturday’s match and to think about the Leicester game in detail.
“It will be very important to get the three points away before we play two big games at home.
“We know we are capable of getting a good result at Leicester. Now we need to enjoy the Christmas period with all our families and get some more positive energy before we go there.”
