Harry capped a fantastic start to 2015 by being named Barclays Premier League Player of the Month for January on Friday.
He scored five goals in four league matches in January including a memorable double in our 5-3 win against Chelsea on New Year's Day. Harry has followed that up with both goals in Saturday's North London derby victory over Arsenal and another strike in Tuesday's 3-2 loss at Liverpool.
Asked what he's made of Harry's progress, Hugo, captain for our last 14 league matches, replied: "That’s easy, it’s step by step with Harry, but we don’t know where his limit is.
"It’s the same as Christian Eriksen, he’s got the talent and he works so hard every day.
"He works for the team first and then after that, he thinks about himself. That’s very important.
"There is a great spirit here and you can feel it every day, both on and off the pitch.
"You feel more comfortable in a game because you know as a team, we are ready to fight and to be aggressive and that starts at the front with talented players like Harry, Christian, Erik Lamela, Nacer and Andros.
"This is the key of what we want in the team."
