I WOULD expect Derby to go for a 4-4-2 formation, even though it's an away game for them.
I'm sure it will be Steve Howard up front, someone who has always been a goalscorer and Robert Earnshaw with his pace. He's another proven goalscorer wherever he's been and he'll relish being back in the Premier League.
There are familiar names in unfamiliar positions in midfield in Matt Oakley and Andy Todd, who generally we know as a centre-back most recently with Blackburn, a whole-hearted, strong player. Whether or not he'll continue there, we'll have to wait and see. In the wider areas they've Stephen Pearson, formerly with Celtic and Craig Fagan on the right, who has done well.
At the back it's Andy Griffin, Claude Davis and Darren Moore, who most of know as an uncompromising central defender who will do well at set-pieces and Tyrone Mears, who had a spell at West Ham and didn't play as many games there as he would have liked.
To be honest, it's all about us and about bouncing back from two defeats. It has been a very disappointing start to the season for all of us and we want to get back to winning ways.
