We travel to Boreham Wood FC to meet rivals Arsenal in the FA Premier Reserve League.
Where we are flying with four wins in our last five games — including a first away win at Forest last week — Arsenal have struggled at reserve team level this season and are in the bottom three.
Hughton will not finalise his team until Monday but it is unlikely Sol Campbell will feature again having played 90 minutes in the Premiership against Leicester City on Saturday.
But it will still be a strong side with the likes of Ian Walker, Steffen Freund, Ramon Vega, Willem Korsten and Chris Armstrong set to play alongside youngsters Anthony Gardner, Gary Doherty, Simon Davies and Matthew Etherington.
Boss Hughton said: “We’ve got to see what reaction we’ve got from the weekend. Part and parcel of the reserve team job is to work around what you’ve got and players that I think I might have and the manager pulls into the first team squad. So I’ve got to work around that one. That’s par for the course.
“What I will say is that we’ve been pretty consistent with the individuals who have played for the last five or six games and that’s probably why we’ve started to hit a bit of form.
“But this is certainly the biggest game that we play for obvious reasons and it’s always a good one to win.
“So far it’s similar to last season where we started the season poorly and got stronger as the season went on. I’d like to think that will be the same again.”
Chris Hughton is preparing the reserves for their biggest game of the season on Monday night.
